Dear O'so Fans,

If you ever run into an O'so beer that is not acceptable to your taste, please return the remainder to the store you purchased it at with your receipt for a refund as defective. O'so does everything possible to be sure when the beer leaves the brewery that there is NOTHING wrong with it. If you get beer in the market that does  NOT taste as it should, it is probably past the shelf life date and is on the distributor's to remove it from the market by contract.

O'so has begun to implement a bottle date coding for each bottle that leaves our brewery and we want to be sure you, the consumer, know how to read it, as that will help you to choose to buy our beers at places the dates are within date code range.

All O'so beer is unfiltered and unpasteurized. Special care needs to be given to ensure that the yeast do not continue to ferment in the bottle. This can and does result in a bad experience for the consumer and assures that the consumer will
not return to buy another O'so beer. We need customers that repeat buy.

Each bottle neck should have the Julian date coded (calendar below), indicating the date in which the product was put into the bottle. All product is to be stored cold unless it is temporarily displayed for a sales campaign. All product that is 150 days past the date code is to be replaced with new product. Salesman should periodically check on the storage of beer to make sure that it is being rotated properly.
